Terms of Use for Rental of Fiesta Cake Studio
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the rental of the pastry studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”) and the use of the baking equipment provided by Fiesta Cake Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”). By reserving and using the Studio, clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) fully accept these Terms.
2. Reservations
- Reservation Process: The Client must complete a reservation form and make the corresponding payment prior to using the Studio.
- Reservation Confirmation: Reservations will be confirmed in writing. The Provider reserves the right to deny reservations if conditions are not met.
3. Use of the Studio
- Duration: The use of the Studio is limited to the period agreed upon in the reservation.
- Capacity: The Studio has a maximum capacity of [number] persons. The Client must not exceed this limit.
- Prohibitions: Smoking is prohibited inside the Studio, as is the use of illegal substances.
4. Equipment and Supplies

5. Client Responsibilities

- Damages: The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Studio or the equipment during their use. The Provider will assess damages and charge the Client as necessary.
- Insurance: It is recommended that the Client has liability insurance covering potential incidents during the use of the Studio.
6. Cancellation
